Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a FRUITCODE Arcade account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Arcade only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or accepting an updated version, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Registration may require an approved invitation, accurate account information, and email verification. We may refuse or limit registration where reasonably necessary to protect the beta.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your password and activity performed through your account. Do not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another account. Notify support@fruitcodeband.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Arcade Names and public profile selections must follow the Community Rules. Email addresses, security details, balances, and other private account information are not displayed on public profiles.

3. Beta service

The Arcade is under active development. Features, balancing, availability, interfaces, games, rewards, and technical requirements may change. We may correct technical errors, duplicate rewards, fraudulent records, or unintended balances. We will not deliberately remove legitimate progress without a reasonable operational, safety, legal, or integrity reason.

Service interruptions may occur. Do not rely on the beta as permanent storage for information that exists nowhere else.

4. Credits, Tickets, passes, and collectibles

Arcade Credits, Prize Tickets, passes, achievements, titles, portraits, frames, themes, companions, and other virtual items are limited licenses for use inside the Arcade. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold, transferred, traded, wagered, or used outside approved Arcade features.

Reward eligibility is determined by server records and published game rules.

5. Fair play

Do not automate gameplay, manipulate requests, exploit bugs, falsify results, interfere with other players, evade limits, or use unauthorized tools to obtain scores, Tickets, unlocks, or leaderboard positions. Report significant exploits privately rather than using or distributing them.

We may remove invalid records, reverse improperly generated rewards, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect fair play.

6. YouTube and external services

The Arcade may display visible standard YouTube players and provide links to YouTube Music or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not require viewing, liking, commenting, sharing, or subscribing to earn Arcade rewards. Quiz rewards are based on Arcade answers and eligibility, independently of YouTube playback.

Do not attempt to download, extract, obscure, alter, or interfere with embedded third-party players, attribution, controls, or advertisements.

7. FRUITCODE content and player selections

Except where otherwise identified, © 2026 FRUITCODE. All rights reserved. FRUITCODE music, lyrics, characters, artwork, animation, game presentation, logos, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use through the Arcade is permitted. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, resale, or commercial use requires permission.

You retain rights you already hold in information you submit. You grant FRUITCODE the limited permission needed to display your approved Arcade Name, profile selections, scores, achievements, and reactions within Arcade features.

8. Conduct and moderation

Follow the Community Rules. We may hide content, remove records, limit reactions, lock features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, or service integrity. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action. Available review or recovery processes may depend on the nature of the action.

9. Availability and responsibility

The Arcade is provided on an as-available beta basis. To the extent permitted by law, FRUITCODE does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer or privacy rights.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will receive a new policy version and may require renewed acceptance. Minor explanatory or formatting corrections may be posted without interrupting access. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live.
